EGGS BAMBOO
Poached organic, free range eggs on a toasted English muffin with a slice of smoked ham, kalua pork, fresh vegetables or island fish, topped with Lilikoi hollandaise. Served with homefried potatoes or rice.
MOMONA PALAOA TOAST
Big Island sweetbread dipped in our special egg batter, cooked to a golden brown and dusted with cinnamon.

THE BOOZER OMELETTE SPECIAL
You know, we just couldn't commit to one omelette, so we'll tell you our special today. All are made with organic, free range eggs.
KALUA PORK HASH and EGGS
Homemade hash topped with two poached eggs and your choice of Lilikoi Hollandaise Sauce or Barbecue Sauce.

CHICKEN SATE POT STICKERS
A Bamboo tradition! Spicy Thai flavors with chicken, garlic, ginger, cilantro, and peanuts, wrapped in Asian pasta and
served with a sweet chili mint sauce.

CALAMARI STRIPS
Flakey panko coated calamari fried golden brown and served with your choice of cocktail sauce or tartar sauce.
THAI COCONUT PRAWNS
Grilled prawns nestled in our spicy homemade sauce of garlic, ginger,
coconut milk and herbs.
CAESAR SALAD WITH CHICKEN, FISH, OR SHRIMP
A classic Caesar salad accented with macadamia nuts and topped with organic free range chicken, fresh fish or grilled shrimp.
VIETNAMESE "TOSSED" SALAD
Our newest salad: organic greens and veggies with fresh cilantro and mint, rice noodles and a crispy egg roll. You will toss this unique salad yourself, with a light sweet chili dressing and your choice of tofu, organic chicken, fish or shrimp.
THE BAMBOO SALAD
A small or larger luncheon sized salad with organic Kohala greens garnished with fresh seasonal hawaiian treats. Served with your choice of homemade papaya seed dressing or balsamic vinaigrette. With a grilled filet or fresh island fish or shrimp.

KALUA PORK and CABBAGE
A local favorite - tender, smokey flavored pork cooked with fresh cabbage and served with steamed rice.
HERB GRILLED FRESH FISH
Fresh Hawaiian fish, basted with garden herbs & grilled lightly. Served with your choice of tropical fresh fruit salsa or tartar sauce.
THE HAWAIIAN STIR FRY
A mix of fresh island grown vegetables and soba noodles, in your choice of a traditional teriyaki sauce or a Thai style coconut sauce. Topped with peanuts.

Served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and wasabi mayonaise, with pineapple cole slaw
and waffle fries or rice

GRILLED FRESH FISH SANDWICH
Our freshest fish grilled to perfection and served on foccacia bread with your choice of tropical fresh fruit salsa or our homemade tartar sauce.
HAWAIIAN BARBECUED PORK SANDWICH
Luau style pork from our imu, with homemade barbecue sauce,
served on a sesame bun.
TERIYAKI CHICKEN SANDWICH
Organic grilled chicken with our homemade teriyaki glaze and
served on a sesame bun.

THE BAMBOO BURGER
We make a great burger. One half pound of lean beef charbroiled on a toasted sesame bun. With melted swiss, cheddar, or jalapeno jack cheese.
A Note About Our Cuisine...
We call our cuisine "Fresh Island Style," since, like the people of our Island,
we combine the foods of East and West, and create a unique new blend of
these flavors. We make every effort to bring you the freshest foods available
by supporting local farmers and families as they bring us their fresh fish, fruits
and vegetables each day. We grow flowers and herbs in our own organic garden
overlooking the sea. As we celebrate our seventeenth year, we say "Mahalo" to you all
