STICKERS
A Bamboo tradition! Spicy Thai flavors with chicken, garlic, ginger,
cilantro, and peanuts wrapped in Asian pasta and served with a sweet
chili mint sauce.
CALAMARI STRIPS
Tender strips coated in flaky panko and served with cocktail sauce
or tartar sauce.
KOHALA
QUESADILLA
Jalapeno jack cheese and kalua pork wrapped in a flour tortilla and
grilled, served with sour cream and tropical fresh fruit salsa.

THE BIG BAMBOOZER
A sampler of our most popular
dishes: two Chicken Sate Pot Stickers, two grilled shrimp with Thai
coconut sauce, and two pieces of kalua pork quesadilla. Served with
rice and green salad…go ahead - have a taste of Bamboo! It's
also a delicious luncheon entree for one person.

SALAD
A blend of Kohala
greens and organic lettuces with ripe tomatoes, cucumber, spicy
macadamia nuts, and feta cheese.

CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD
Grilled chicken atop somen noodles and fresh Asian greens, seasoned
with a sesame & citrus ponzu.
THAI STYLE GREEN
PAPAYA & CUCUMBER SALAD
A blend of julienned green papaya, cucumber, onion, tomato and
carrots tossesd in a chili lime vinagrette, with tiger prawns &
grilled fresh fish. Served with steamed rice.
Also, just the green papaya salad.

CAESAR MACNUT
A classic Caesar salad sprinkled with macadamia nuts (grown here in
Kohala!) and garlic croutons.

PORK AND CABBAGE
A local favorite - tender, smokey flavored pork from our own "imu,"
that's shredded and cooked with fresh cabbage and served with
steamed rice.
BARBEQUED BABYBACK RIBS
Okay, okay...you asked for them at lunch, too...served with our
homeade roasted pineapple barbeque sauce along with cole slaw and
your choice of rice or waffle fries.

Served with your choice of lemon butter sauce, tropical fresh fruit
