A Note About Our Cuisine...
We call our cuisine "Fresh Island Style," since, like the people
of our Island, we combine the foods of East and West, and create
a unique new blend of these flavors. We make every effort
to bring you the freshest foods available by supporting local
farmers and families as they bring us their fresh fish, fruits
and vegetables each day. We grow flowers and herbs in our
own organic garden overlooking the sea. As we celebrate
our tenth year, we say "Mahalo" to you all and we genuinely hope
you enjoy your
Bamboo
taste of Hawaii!
